We will collect personal information about you:
when you download the Game from an app store/electronic marketplace;
when you access and/or play the Game;
when you make an enquiry, provide feedback, make a complaint, or otherwise contact us over the phone, by email or via the Game; and
‘follow’, ‘like’, post to or interact with our social media accounts, which may include, without limitation, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
Our Services may contain links to websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for the contents of the websites or social media platforms of other companies or for the practices of such companies regarding the collection of personal information.
We may collect, store and otherwise process the following kinds of personal information about you:
when you make an enquiry, provide feedback, make a complaint, or otherwise contact us over the phone, by email or via the Game
your full name and contact details, including email address, postal address or telephone number;
details of any correspondence that you send to us;
when you access and/or play the Game
Game usage data, including information about your interactions with and within the Game, such as your location, the date and time you accessed the Game, the amount of time you spend in the Game, the amount of time you spend on any given level within the Game;
technical data, including your geographical location, information about the device you use to access the Game (Device) (such as your hardware model, mobile network information, unique device identifiers);
In certain circumstances, we will receive information about you from third parties. For example:
we may receive personal information from the third party service provides we engage such as our Game developer, our Game publisher and IT support provider;
Our games use third party plugins and services which may collect and process data about your use of our games. we may from time to time ask you for your consent to collect other information from you or your Device. If we do this or something similar, we will tell you what information we would like to collect, why we need it and what we’ll use it for;
we may use publicly available sources for instance to carry out identity and compliance checks;
we might also receive information about you from third parties if you have indicated to such third party that you would like to hear from us;
we may receive some of the information that you submit to any third party website that you access via the Game (if any). Both we and the owner or operator of that third party website will be data controllers in respect of any such information.
In order to collect some of the information set out in section 4, the Game uses certain authentication software to ensure that you get the most out of the Game. This software allows us to monitor Game traffic, improve the Game’s usability and to personalise the content of the Game for you.
Our ability to track certain information may be disabled by you by changing the settings on your device. For more information about how to do this please consult the “Settings” section of your Device. Please note that if you do amend the privacy settings of your Device, you may not be able to use all of the features of the Game.
We will use your personal information for a variety of purposes:
to reply to any correspondence you have sent to us;
to provide customer service to you in relation to your use of the Game, to deal with enquiries and complaints relating to the use of the Game and to notify you about any changes to the Game;
to provide you with the services and information you have requested (for example, to grant you access to the Game);
to provide certain in-Game features;
to monitor your use of our Game, and to administer, support, improve, optimise and develop the Game to improve the user experience, and to ensure that the content in the Game is presented in the most effective manner for you and your Device;
to authenticate your access to our Game;
for system administration purposes and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;

Under the GDPR, we are required to rely on one or more lawful grounds to collect and use the personal information that we have outlined above. We consider the grounds listed below to be relevant:
a)Legitimate Business Interests
We rely on this basis where applicable law allows us to collect and use personal information for our legitimate interests and the use of your personal information is fair, balanced and does not unduly impact your rights. It is necessary for us to understand our customers, promote our Game and effectively operate our company, provided in each case that this is done in a legitimate way which does not unduly affect your privacy and other rights. For example we will rely on this legal basis when we conduct certain analytics and research to improve and develop our Game.
b)Consent
We may obtain your consent to use your personal information in certain circumstances. For example, to send you email marketing by email (although we currently don’t do this with information you provide by playing the Game). We will ensure that when we obtain your consent you are free both to give it and to decline to give it. Additionally, you may always withdraw your consent at any time without any further detriment to you.
c) Performance Of A Contract With You
We rely on this basis where we are required to process your personal information in order to perform obligations to you under a contract. For example, if we were to offer in-app purchases via the Game and we need to use your contact details and payment information in order to process your order and deliver the relevant in-app purchase to you.
d) Compliance With Law
We rely on this basis where we are subject to a legal obligation and need to use your personal information in order to comply with that obligation.
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may disclose it to certain third parties in order to allow us to provide the Game to you, enforce our rights or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. Such third parties include:
our group of companies (i.e. our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006);
suppliers and service providers who we engage to process data on our behalf (such as, for example, Playstack Limited, the Game publisher or Quantum Shift Studios the Game Developer);
prospective buyer of our business or assets in the event that we sell any of our business or assets; and
regulators, government bodies, law enforcement agencies, and our legal and other professional advisors.
We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.
Where your personal information is transferred, stored, and/or otherwise processed outside the UK or EU in a country which does not offer an equivalent standard of protection to the UK or EU, we will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the recipient implements appropriate safeguards (such as relying on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission) designed to protect your personal information.

As a result we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us through or in connection with the Game.

Please note that we will honour your requests to exercise your rights to the extent possible and required under applicable law. Certain of these rights may only be available to you if you are located in the UK or the EU when you access or play the Game or otherwise engage with us in relation to the Game.
